1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website, including the intake form used to request information about sessions, classes, readings, or other services ("Services"). By submitting the intake form, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Services

Astrology, tarot, meditation guidance, energy portraits, and astral projection coaching are offered as spiritual, educational, and personal-development practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See the Legal Disclaimer for more detail.

3. Inquiries and Scheduling

This site does not offer live booking or automatic scheduling. Submitting the intake form sends an inquiry by email; any session, class, or other Service — along with pricing, timing, and payment — is arranged individually by direct correspondence following that inquiry. Nothing is confirmed or scheduled until agreed in writing between you and Vena Mercuri.

4. Classes

Live class cohorts have limited enrollment. Recordings, where provided, are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Intellectual Property

All written material, class content, chart interpretations, and artwork (including energy portraits) created as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of Vena Mercuri. Clients receive a personal-use license to their own reading, chart, or portrait, but may not reproduce or resell it commercially without written permission.

6. Client Conduct

Sessions are conducted in good faith and mutual respect. The astrologer reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, harassing, or acting in bad faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vena Mercuri is not liable for decisions made, or outcomes experienced, as a result of any reading, class, meditation, or other Service. You are responsible for your own choices.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or submission of the intake form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
